- (1993) Karry Mullis, inventor of the PCR test cautions using the PCR test as a diagnostic tool (which is how it's being used now in 2021/2022)






- (7/21/21) After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the FDA for EUA of the PCR Diagnostic Panel.

"CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses."



- (12/29/21) CDC Director Walensky Says Testing No Longer Needed at the End of Quarantine Because PCR Tests Can Stay Positive For Up to 12 Weeks

So, what we do know is the PCR test after infection can be positive for up to 12 weeks so that is not going to be helpful,” Walensky said Wednesday on “Good Morning America.”


She continued, “You’re not going to be transmitting during all of that period of time. We’ve seen that in study after study.
